Mr. Muiz Gul is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and an accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London and is presently part of the litigation team at the Islamabad office, working as a Senior Associate. Since joining Buttar & Associates, Mr. Gul has independently handled a wide range of contentious matters, including constitutional, civil, commercial, service, tax, banking, medical, family, rent, and arbitration disputes undertaken by the firm. He regularly appears before the High Courts, lower courts, as well as special courts and tribunals, and has developed considerable proficiency in advocacy across diverse forums. His core responsibilities include the drafting of plaints, replies, petitions, CPLAs, and agreements, tailored to meet client requirements.

By virtue of his diverse professional experience, Mr. Gul has developed particular expertise in arbitration, taxation, banking, service, and construction matters. He regularly appears before various fora across Pakistan, including civil courts, accountability courts, and specialised tribunals such as the Pakistan Medical Tribunal, National Industrial Relations Commission, Banking Courts, Customs Appellate Tribunal, Inland Revenue Tribunal, Service Tribunals, and the Intellectual Property Tribunal, whilst continuing to rendering valuable assistance to senior partners in proceedings before the High Courts, as well as the Federal Constitutional Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan, particularly in complex and high-stakes litigation.
